Backup and Restore

Your store with Ecomly is completely safe from data loss. We do automatic backups of each store every day and once a week entire server/s backup.

If something goes wrong you’ll be able to restore your online store, up to 4 days ago, because we keep only the last 4 backups.

For now, if you want to restore your store, you need to contact our Support. Manual backups will be available soon.
